Regional Training
For Owners
Owners will be able to witness the quality of training that ProSystems provides our customers, the professional plumber. During the Regional Training, Owners will experience the highest level of training in the water treatment industry. The attending technicians will have the opportunity to take apart the valve, gain an understanding of water treatment, how systems work, and how they can integrate it into their current daily use as plumbing technicians.
ProSystems feels very strongly that Owners will have questions related to continuing education and the overall business opportunity of water treatment as it relates to their current business model. Therefore, at the end of the first day of training, Owners will have an opportunity to meet with the Regional Account Manager to ask any business questions pertaining to water treatment.

For Technicians
This is a two-day training session that creates an open learning environment where technicians can immerse themselves in the ProSystems process without the distractions of the normal workday. These sessions stress the importance of water treatment in the plumbing industry and how it relates to the technician’s current job. Participants will also learn techniques for improving the quality of the customer’s experience. Technicians will learn how to be proactive and preventative, while offering superior service and solutions to each customer. This session will also provide a great opportunity for participants to network with others in the industry and exchange tips and ideas.
After these sessions, participants walk away with:
- Hands-on training on the technical side of water treatment
- A clear understanding of water treatment and why it is needed
- Tools to aid in more natural and less stressful interaction with the customer
- A well-rounded understanding of the different technologies
