The easy, efficient chemical feeder that can be used in a wide range of applications.

ProSeries Chemical Feeder

The ProSeries Chemical Feeder can be used to inject soda ash or caustic to raise the pH in acidic water, and can also be used to inject chlorine and hydrogen peroxide for the oxidation of iron and hydrogen sulfide.

Features

Proper service is easy

Because of the systems modular design, less time is required for service. All primary feeder components are configured with stainless steel locking rivets that allow for convenient, tool-free disassembly. You can also add capacity quickly and easily if desired.

Profoundly simple tube replacement

Scheduled tube replacement maximizes efficiency and controls mainte-nance costs. The process is very easy and only requires setting the tube in place and allowing it to thread itself into position.

Productive pump action

The pulsating fluid pumping action alleviates down time caused by loss of prime due to gaseous solutions or troublesome degassing valves. By design, instead of depending on diaphragms or foot valves, the feeder produces a pulsating flow by using rotating rollers to compress and dilate the pumping tube. This allows hydrogen peroxide or chlorine to be pumped without concern of vapor lock.

Programmable control

The patented adjustable control mechanism provides the capability to set the pump’s output from 5% to 100% with the simple turn of a dial. (Adjustable model only)

Pronounced pressure capabilities

The high-pressure pulsating metering pump operates reliably and consistently against pressure up to 100 pounds per square inch (PSI).

Protective flow

Chemicals, including undiluted muriatic acid and chlorine, can be safely pumped without damaging the system since they are metered without being exposed to air or to moving mechanical parts.
